Bonaprene Products Ltd was founded in 1979 and is now at the forefront of the manufacture of polyurethane roller coverings, polyurethane components, polyurethane vehicle suspension bushes, polyurethane sheets and polyurethane mouldings. Bonaprene's expertese is in using polyurethane technology in resolving the engineering and manufacturing problems of the companies customers.
Polyurethane Elastomer components are Bonaprene's core business, supported by a full range of in-house engineering capabilities. Bonaprene are able to offer large and short production runs. Bonaprene can offer consultancy in all design, development and production matters. Bonaprene have many years of experience working alongside design engineers to develop new products.
Continuous investment in the latest polyurethane technology, polyurethane manufacturing equipment, polyurethane manufacturing processes combined with technical expertise has culminated in a broad customer base, nationwide.
Bonaprene offers full visual designs for all our customers due to the recent installation of our latest 3D CAD system.
As well as complying with all the necessary Fork Lift Truck, COSHH, First Aid, Abrasion Wheel and Tachograph training Bonaprene Products operate their own Polyurethane Product Manufaturing Technology training programme. This programme, currently in it's fourth edition, is externally moderated by The National Open College Network (NOCN). It is an equivalent to an NVQ2 or 3.
Bonaprene Products operate from their own 30,000 square foot (2,900m2)
purpose built factory on the Wrexham Industrial Estate, North Wales with
easy access to all the main motorways to travel across the UK.
The latest, 2007, extention allows room for Bonaprene's programme of growth and to meet oppertunities as they arise.
The factory is equiped with state of the art polyurethane casting equipment and precision machining centres layed out for maximum efficiency and quality control.
Internal handling is carried out with fork lift trucks, overhead cranes and a range of lifting rigs.
Bonaprene Products has been a member of the British Rubber and Polyurethane
Products Association, BRPPA, since its inception.
Prior to this Bonaprene Products was a member of the British Rubber Manufacturers
Association for over 10 years.
The BRPPA gives the members the oppertunity to exchange technical help as well
as providing a united front for the industry when dealing with government and
legislators.
Bonaprene Products have the facility to make deliveries any where with in the UK,
Europe and the world.
For UK deliveries and collections Bonaprene have their own trucks and vans as well
as using trackable parcel and pallet services.
In Europe and the rest of the world Bonaprene use international trackable parcel and
pallet services. Bonaprene also use established packers and shippers for the
international delivery of major project goods going by air or sea.
Bonaprene has comprehensive insurance cover for moving customers goods on the
Bonaprene vehicles. Bonaprene can also arrange any special requirements creuired
by our customers.
