Service Contracts 

We can service a wide range of fluid power equipment from particle analyzers to complex valves. It can take the problem of looking after certain equipment of your shoulders in the knowledge that experts are keeping it at the necessary levels of service and operator safety. We usually work with in pre-agreed budgets that we can manage for you. This ensures peace of mind that the equipment is available for use at a known price.

 

Manufacture Test Rigs 

A big part of what we do is the building of bespoke fluid test rigs for the aerospace industry that carry out complex function and safety testing. This includes working in conjunction with you to design the equipment. We include all the PLC/MMI, pumps, valves, gauges, hoses, connectors and cabinets in the build. We manage these projects following IPAC (initiation, planning, application & consolidation) standards. Once delivered, we manage all the commissioning and post delivery servicing. We don’t finish until you are completely satisfied.

 

Panel Building 

We design and build a wide range of control panels to meet your particular requirements. These can be as complex or as simple as you need them to be. We have over ten years experience and a wide range of international partners for you to call upon. 

 

Engineering Back Up 

We have a comprehensive in house precision manufacturing facility. This covers not only CNC & manual lathes, milling machines and grinders but also steel and plastic fabrication. It allows you access to bespoke equipment and systems manufacture when your requirements demand it.
