Your polyurethane & rubber covered rollers get a Full Check Up

	Following a full mechanical inspection the roller or roll is stripped of all the old polyurethane & rubber covering.
	Any necessary roller or roll dismantling is carried out.
	Engineers carry out NDT(non destructive test), dimensional and visual checks on all aspects of the roller or roll.
	Roller results falling outside agreed parameters (e.g. minimum roller stock diameter) are reported to the customer for a decision on how to progress with the roller.
	The rollers or rolls are cleaned of any grease, dirt and debris INSIDE and OUT.

Roller Production

	The majority of Bonaprene's rollers or rolls are produced using Bonaprene's state of the art computer controlled polyurethane dispensing equipment.
	Bonaprene's polyurethane dispensors have over 1000 litre capacity and guarantee a homogenuos air and contamination free polyurethane covering, giving uniform polyurethane properties not only throughout the roller or roll but from roller to roller.
	Bonaprene has comprehensive small batch roller facilities allowing the process of a vast range of polyurethane and other rubber compound and curative combinations.

	Disassembly of the polyurethane & rubber covered rollers or rolls including chock, bearing and shaft removal.
	Comprehensive visual, measurement and NDT inspection of the roller or rolls following agreed written procedures with customers.
	Roller refurbishment of keyways, shafts and bearing housings.
	Major roller repairs including re-stubbing, new shaft manufacture, welding and re-boring housings.
	Reassembly of rollers using purchased or free issue bearings, seals and retainers.

Roller and Roll Grinding

Bonaprene has comprehensive polyurethane & rubber roller turning and grinding facilities with over head crane handling.

Bonaprene can grind polyurethane & rubber roller coverings to the finest tolerances of finish, diameter, concentricity and circular runout.

Inspection of these factors are carried out at this stage while the roller is still mounted in the grinder. All results are recorded

Roller and Roll Inspection, Packing & Despatch

	When the roller or roll is given its final inspection all the results are recorded
	The delivery note is produced showing the roller's description, customer order and stock number.
	The roller is packed and protected ready for transport. At all stages the roller is supported on roller journals, not the roller cover, by axle stands. The stands are polyurethane covered to protect the roller journals.
	The roller is loaded onto Bonaprene's transport ready to be dispatched to the customer

Roller and Roll Collection & Delivery

	Bonaprene use their own 7.5 ton lorry to collect your rollers and rolls.
	Agreed roller collection days to suit customer requirements
