Polyurethane Sheet, Strip & Block Dimensional Capacity
Bonaprene has a very flexible polyurethane sheet strip & block manufacturing process. If the customer’s polyurethane sheet, strip or block part is within the sizes of the Hot Plate Table’s maximum widths and lengths there is usually no tooling cost. The thickness is only restricted by weight - so there is an upper limit - but only on the very largest thickest parts.

Standard Polyurethane Sheets
Bonaprene also make standard polyurethane sheets to the sizes set out in the table below. The centrifuge action makes thickness of 1.5mm possible within tight tolerances.

Polyurethane Sheet, strip & Block Colour & Hardness Range

Bonaprene offer a very wide range of colours of polyurethane. Standard colours are black, white, red, blue, orange green and yellow. At extra cost specials can be made in virtually any colour imaginable.
Bonaprene offer standard polyurethane hardness from 35 Shore A to 95 Shore A as well as specials in the higher D range of 60 Shore D and 80 Shore D. The table below gives a rule of thumb guide to what hardness some every day things are to give a feel for what the different hardness mean.
